Compensation: Competitive (based on experience) Why this role matters At IS-Wireless, we're building some of the most advanced 5G/6G networks in Europe. This isn't just theoretical - it's about real-world deployments with actual clients in demanding environments, including the defense sector. As a Pre-sales / Solutions Architect, you will be the "technical heart" of our international expansion. You won't just be deploying off-the-shelf boxes; you will be designing open, virtualized systems (Open RAN) that are disrupting the telecommunications landscape. Your work will directly translate into commercial success by bridging the gap between deep-tech innovation and strategic business needs for clients across the EU and beyond. Your Mission Lead Technical Workshops & Presentations: Convince C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers) of the strategic advantages of Open RAN and 5G private networks. Design System Architecture: Define complex configurations and network architectures tailored to specific, often mission-critical, client requirements. Master Bid Management: Take ownership of the technical portion of RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, ensuring our proposals stand out through technological superiority. Voice of the Market: Collaborate closely with the CTO, CRO and Product team to influence our 5G roadmap based on direct feedback from clients and partners. Deliver Proof-of-Concepts (PoC): Independently demonstrate IS-Wireless solutions and manage technical validation phases during the sales cycle. What We Need Must-Have: Proven Pre-sales/Solutions Architecture Experience: Significant background in supporting B2B/Enterprise sales for complex technical solutions. Deep 5G & Open RAN Expertise: Solid understanding of mobile systems (4G/5G) and Open RAN architecture (O-RU, O-DU, O-CU, RIC, SMO). Consultative Communication: Ability to translate "deep-tech" jargon into clear business value and conduct high-level technical workshops. International Mindset: Fluent English (C1+) and experience working with diverse stakeholders across different European markets. Virtualization & Cloud-Native Knowledge: Familiarity with network virtualization, open interfaces, and cloud-native infrastructure. Nice-to-Have Industry certifications (e.g., CWSS, CWTS, CWTE or equivalent). Experience with Private 5G networks or military-grade communication solutions. Knowledge of network infrastructure (Cisco, Arista, Juniper) and security (Palo Alto). The Opportunity A competitive salary that scales with your impact, a highly attractive commission structure, and potential for stock options. Work on mission-critical projects (Defense, Critical Infrastructure) where your architectural decisions directly impact the company's trajectory and European connectivity. Access to a world-class telecom knowledge base and structured training. We value low-ego, collaborative culture where your initiative is actually heard. Be part of a diverse, international team of experts working on projects across three continents
