Housekeeping Supervisor

Schedule: Full-Time
Availability Required: Weekends, Day & Evening Availability

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring our community maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. You will lead, coach, and support the housekeeping team while fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the community

• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met

• Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Create and adjust staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage

• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally

• Clean resident apartments and common areas as scheduled

• Promote excellent customer service and a positive team culture

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, infection control, and workplace safety practices

• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products

• Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties when needed

• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully pass a background check
