Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering complex, large-scale facility projects? Hixson is looking for an experienced professional to guide multi-disciplinary teamsarchitects, engineers, and interior designersthrough all phases of design and delivery for some of the most recognized brands in the world. With projects ranging up to $500 million, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, values collaboration, and enjoys building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do- Lead project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for major industrial, office, and science + technology facility design projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying needs and delivering innovative, practical solutions
- Coordinate and direct internal multiple-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases
- Work proactively to anticipate and resolve project challenges
- BA/BS, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional licensure (PE, RA, PMP) is a plus
- 510+ years of project management experience with large-scale industrial or commercial facilities
- Strong understanding of contracts, cost estimating, scheduling, and the design/construction process
- Exceptional client management skills with a track record of building trusted relationships
- Ability to travel up to 20%
