In this role, you'll lead the client service team to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet client needs. You'll oversee the renewal process, guiding your team to achieve retention targets and deliver tailored coverage solutions. By fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, you'll drive business growth and champion Gallagher's resources to maximize efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing team workflows and ensuring accountability in client service delivery.
- Mentoring and developing team members through feedback and professional development initiatives.
- Supporting consultants in winning new business by participating in prospect meetings and communicating Gallagher's value proposition.
- Encouraging cross-solving with clients to identify opportunities for additional services.
- Promoting ethical standards and upholding The Gallagher Way in all interactions.
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements, Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment, Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
