The Sr. Manager, Domain Data & Analytics is responsible for leading a domain-aligned portfolio of data products, analytics solutions, and advanced technical capabilities that support business performance and decision-making. This role oversees managers and senior individual contributors, aligns resources and priorities to business demand, and ensures multiple delivery paths operate effectively within the domain. Duties & Responsibilities
Lead domain-aligned teams across data product delivery, advanced analytical solution work, and AI/ML or innovation-enabled capabilities Align business priorities, staffing, and capacity across the domain to ensure effective execution and delivery outcomes Oversee managers and senior individual contributors through coaching, performance management, and leadership of execution standards Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to prioritize work, resolve escalations, and ensure solutions align to domain needs and strategic goals Drive continuous improvement of operating practices, delivery processes, and capability maturity across the domain Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks or gaps, and adjust priorities or resource alignment to improve outcomes Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Experience leading teams or multiple functions responsible for data products, analytics delivery, or technical solution execution Strong ability to align business priorities, talent, and delivery capacity across a portfolio of work Experience managing people leaders and senior individual contributors Strong understanding of data products, dashboards, reporting, advanced analytics, automation, and AI/ML solution delivery Ability to balance near-term execution with longer-term capability development and operating model maturity Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills Ability to resolve delivery risks, escalations, and organizational challenges across multiple workstreams Experience establishing standards, expectations, and performance measures that improve execution quality and business impact Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (4 years) 7 or more years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Work Environment
