If you're ready to lead a team, redefine industry standards, and achieve career-defining success, we want to hear from you.Basic Functions:Retain and grow relationships with key accounts in the insurance agents and brokers verticalRecruit key partnered insurance agent and broker accountsOnboard and train key partnered relationships the Paul Davis wayBe the face of Paul Davis at Chambers and other associations while committing to being on committeesCoordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate and probe for win/win relationshipsMake face to face stops on an 8 week rotation with agentsSupports and assists the relationship development teamSchedules, invites and facilitates continuing education courses to insurance professionalsTakes responsibility for communicating to key accounts regarding ongoing projectsThe agent marketer will be expected to take on additional responsibility over time based upon their desire, initiative & performanceThis agent marketer role is ever evolving, and functions may be added/removed over timeBasic Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentAssociates or bachelor's degree is desired especially in area of marketing or entrepreneurExperience in marketing and customer serviceHighly organized and versed in prioritization of tasksHigh level communicatorHigh aptitude in Microsoft office suiteDependable transportationSmart phoneAppropriate attireFun and outgoing personalityEvaluated On:Results of sales over timeGrowth of accountsCommitment to teamSkill development versus annual skill development goalsPerformance in alignment with the job descriptionBehaviors aligned with the vision, mission, values, 10 serving basics and brand promiseOverall primary duties:Retain lasting relationships with key accounts to capture new revenue through new and existing relationships with insurance agents and brokersWork directly with relationship development team to ensure a positive client experienceGrow the agent and broker accounts based on sales from prior yearsSet proper expectations with insurance agents and brokersRecruit new key accounts that align with the Paul Davis wayBuild, create and execute on win/win business relationshipsTeach, train and onboard new and existing accountsBrand the Paul Davis name by being involved in agent associations and being committed to being on a boardReview, update and manage RMS and Salesforce softwareCreate and follow agent and brokers sales budget monthly and yearlySecondary duties:Maintain a strong relationship field presence, while balancing the necessary desk work required for admin and follow upParticipate in relationship development eventsCreate and manage win/win business relationshipsProfessionally handle and resolve all complaints in a timely fashionWork directly with the relationship development team to build long lasting relationships with accountsProvide feedback to relationship development team on observations from the field and the relationshipBuild relationship in the community by branding the Paul Davis name and brandPlan and schedule all continuing education courses for insurance agents and brokersLearn and work with priority management principles to create default schedules for your own time that properly allocate slush timeAttend all Paul Davis eventsAttend bi-weekly relationship development team meetingsAttend bi-weekly GS&RShare your office365 calendar with your supervisor on an ongoing basisFollow all other company policies and procedures as communicated in the all-team handbook (employee handbook)High level job responsibilities include:Participate in emergency services when an "all hands-on deck" scenario arisesParticipate in ongoing problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and companyParticipate in Paul Davis social events, goal setting and review, all team meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the teamHours: This is a full-time position with some evening activities. Hours required will vary and will often require travel to customer locations typically within a couple hour radius of the home office.Reward: Compensation is evaluated on an annual basis in quarter 1 of each year after a full year is completed. Promotions and advancement within the position bring progressively greater challenge, learning & responsibility.Physical requirements: Able to lift 50 pounds and carry at least 20 feet. Able to climb 2 flights of stairs while carrying 30 pounds.
