Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Spring Hope, NC. The Sales Manager will lead day-to-day sales activities, including managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting network and security solutions to potential and existing clients. This role is responsible for setting and tracking sales targets, forecasting revenue, and developing territory or account plans that align with company goals. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery. The position also involves mentoring sales staff, analyzing market trends and competitor offerings, and providing regular performance and activity reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, networking, or cybersecurity solutions, with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and consultative selling within complex or multi-stakeholder environments.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including territory planning, account management, and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience leading or mentoring sales teams, including coaching on best practices and supporting professional development.
Comfort collaborating with technical, product, and customer success teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, including use of CRM tools and data to track performance and inform decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to work on-site in Spring Hope, NC and travel to client locations or events as needed.
Familiarity with network infrastructure, security products, or managed services is highly beneficial.
