Fostering a close-knit culture that supports individuals and offers future-focused career progression. The Role We are seeking an exceptional Senior Accountant to manage a strategic client portfolio. Working closely with our Partners, you will deliver a best-in-class accountancy service to SMEs across Munster while helping drive our next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Manager a protfolio of clients Oversee and file Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, RCT, PAYE, and CRO documentation, ensuring strict compliance. Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members, actively contributing to their professional development and daily workflow management. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through clear communication and proactive, solution-focused advice. Requirements 4-6 years of general accounting practice experience within Ireland. Proven supervisory / management capabilities. ACA / ACCA qualified. A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a desire to advance your career within an expanding professional services firm.
