Job Summary Location: Lowell, Arkansas. Employment Type: Full time. Job Title: Logistics Engineer – Design Department. Under general supervision, the Logistics Engineer, Design develops engineering solutions through quantitative methods across various parts of the organization. Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge of the organization to improve existing processes or solutions. Increase awareness of quantitative methods, programming, optimization, and solution design for data analysis. Solve process‑improvement problems by analyzing internal and external data (operations, pricing, financial, customer information, etc.). Analyze data and processes to reduce cost and increase business productivity. Communicate with business partners to understand problems and present solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and implement solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and at least one year of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience with data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL.
