About the Role BetMGM is seeking a Product Data Analyst to join our analytics team in Jersey City, NJ in a hybrid setting. The analyst will analyze player behavior and product usage to improve the player experience across our digital products. Responsibilities Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover player trends, engagement patterns, and friction points. Translate findings into clear insights to support product development and UX initiatives. Apply core statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, clustering, and segmentation. Support forecasting and behavioral modeling with guidance from senior analysts. Assist in the setup, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests and product experiments; contribute to test design and metric definition. Summarize results and support interpretation of causal impacts. Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Dash, Streamlit, or Power BI. Present insights in recurring team syncs or product planning sessions. Document analyses and findings in a clear, stakeholder‑friendly format. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Physics). 1+ year of analytics experience, preferably in product or customer behavior context. Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy); experience with Dash or other visualization tools is a plus. Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and experimentation. Experience working with data from digital products or user behavior tracking tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compensation Annual salary range: $72,320 to $94,920. Eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.
