Axos Bank | Salary Range: $70,304.00 - $85,000.00 (Actual starting pay varies based on location, experience, skills, specialty, and education). Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5% and an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%. These bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon achievement of performance goals and targets. Responsibilities Help the Credit department with data and automation solutions. Perform data mining and deliver business intelligence reporting using SQL, SSRS, Tableau, or Excel. Analyze business functions and processes, document findings, and recommend operational improvements. Explore all systems‑based solutions for internal customers, balancing efficiency, regulatory guidelines, and the customer experience. Perform other projects, support, and duties as assigned by management. Mentor junior staff. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
