Deskside Support Experience and 3 years Imaging Experience and 3 years Microsoft Windows and 3 years 3-5 years of related desktop experience (Desk-side and Remote) Experience working in enterprise environment Face to face interactions will be required to provide desktop support to end users in-person at the customer's site Ticketing Systems (Service Now/Remedy/ConnectWise) Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention Windows/Mac experience Windows 10 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting MS Authenticator - Configuring and troubleshooting SSO - Single Sign On Proficiency in GPO- Group Policy Objects Experience with asset management. Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware
