Dedicated IT Project Manager

In this role, you will manage all aspects of diverse IT projects, ensuring successful delivery of productive and collaborative computer workspaces to support dynamic mission requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing all aspects of diverse IT projects from initiation through close-out, including procurement, schedule, cost, and dependencies. Leading projects with notable risk and complexity while developing comprehensive strategies for project execution. Utilizing ServiceNow PPM to manage project requirements, validate completion of milestones, and resolve variances. Collaborating with customer engagement teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex IT initiatives. Creating and maintaining master schedules and performing detailed schedule analysis to monitor progress against cost and delivery targets. Overseeing complex project planning and execution to ensure all project goals and technical requirements are met. Creating and briefing presentations, reports, and project metrics to customers and program leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience. Significant experience serving as a project manager working with multi-disciplinary staff of various levels. Demonstrated experience managing IT projects in a Working Capital Fund (WCF) environment and developing budgets utilizing service catalogs. Experience presenting and briefing senior customer management and stakeholders on project status and complex technical solutions. Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, and technical teams across the customer base. Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification. ITIL v4 Foundation, or higher, certification. Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM modules for requirement and project management. Direct knowledge of the customer's operational environment, including desktop technologies and voice/video infrastructure.
Clearance Requirements:
An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00-$214,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
