About Your New Job As the General Manager, you will: Work closely with the CEO to set organisational vision, define operational strategies, and drive company-wide growth initiatives. Translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring that team performance and operations align with ambitious business objectives. Take ownership of all company operations including HR, accounting, compliance, and network managementfostering a highly inclusive culture and leading from the front. Oversee performance management, professional development, recruitment, and retention to build and maintain a thriving team. Lead business development, key stakeholder relationships, and marketing strategy to drive growth in a competitive landscape. Deliver operational excellence by researching and implementing new technology solutions, optimising cost-effectiveness, and managing resources efficiently. What Skills You Need Engineering or technical backgroundessential for understanding, troubleshooting, and advancing our network infrastructure. Significant experience in fibre/wireless communications, preferably in a similar small business or start-up environment. Proven track record in managing teams and company operationsincluding HR, financials, strategic planning, and compliance. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, combined with a curiosity for technology and ability to take initiative. Business acumen with a creative approach to problem-solving and growth.
