Project Manager Location: Dublin (Dublin Airport & Trinity College) Salary: €85,000€90,000 DOE + Package Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Company Our client is a specialist Irish contractor delivering demolition, piling, basement construction and reinforced concrete frame projects across Leinster, typically valued between €1m and €5m. The Role Lead the successful delivery of two concurrent structural concrete and civils projects commencing in August. Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for project delivery. Manage programme, quality, safety and budget. Coordinate site teams and subcontractors. Recuit and manage Foreman/Site manager on each Project Attend client meetings and manage stakeholders. Work closely with the commercial team. Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar. 5+ years' Project Management experience. Background in civils, RC frame, piling or basement construction. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Full driving licence.
