Benefits Package totalling: €95,000€105,000 (DOE) Excellent career progression opportunities Company-supported CPD contributions Single Occupancy accommodation and utility bills covered Regular return flights provided In-country travel support Pension Bonus Key Responsibilities Prepare handover inspection, test documentation, and O&M manuals for mechanical systems. Coordinate mechanical systems commissioning with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Review and finalize inspection and test documentation for HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical services. Issue final handover packages to the client. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, specifications, and quality requirements during installation and inspection. Conduct quality inspections and manage defect identification and close-out. Oversee the proper execution of testing and commissioning activities across mechanical systems. Liaise with construction management, subcontractors, and clients regarding installation and quality issues. Attend quality meetings and contribute to weekly progress reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline and/or a Mechanical Trade Qualification. 5+ years experience in a Mechanical Quality Engineer, QA/QC, or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical installations, testing, and commissioning, particularly HVAC, pipework, and associated building services systems. Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Large-Scale Commercial projects is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
