Break Into Pharmaceutical Sales with Pivya at ImpactBio supporting Alembic Therapeutics

Looking to launch a career in pharmaceutical sales? This is your opportunity.

Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya is now entering the U.S. marketand we're building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you don't need prior pharmaceutical sales experiencewe're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. You'll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.

This full-time role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory

Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy

Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff

Consistently apply training and coaching in the field

Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals

Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership

Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required

13 years of sales experience (B2B, Pharma, outside sales)

A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales

Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals

Coachabilitysomeone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly

High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan

Willingness to travel extensively within territory

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pharmaceutical experience is not requireddrive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.

The annual base salary for this position is $65,000. Compensation is aligned with the position's scope and internal pay structure.
