Responsibilities: Develop mechanical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) to meet project requirements while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Oversee preconstruction activities, including health & safety, technical submissions, construction drawings, and project commissioning.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure installations meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Manage procurement for mechanical packages and coordinate plant package reviews with the Procurement Manager.
Collaborate with project teams to maintain schedules and deliver high-quality service.
Coordinate mechanical services and builders work drawings with the Site/Project Manager.
Oversee document control, including drawings, RFIs, Tech Sub Logs, schedules, and QA Packs.
Support commissioning, subcontractor coordination, and certification uploads.
Requirements Degree Mechanical engineering, construction, or trade qualified.
3+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience with a main contractor.
Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills. xyswxtq
