This role sits within a collaborative, internationally dispersed finance environment and will play a key part in shaping future treasury capabilities aligned to wider finance transformation goals.
The Treasury Transformation Manager will help drive scalable change, strengthen governance, and improve operational efficiency across a complex, multi-region business.

Responsibilities: Lead treasury transformation workstreams across systems and data, process and reporting, organisation and people, and controls Support improvements to in-house banking, virtual account liquidity structures, and broader treasury operating models Facilitate workshops and collaborative forums to define future-state treasury processes, requirements and solutions Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, deployment activity, training and post-implementation support for treasury change initiatives Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, audit and banking providers to deliver integrations, infrastructure changes and continuous improvement Requirements Min 5 years experience in treasury, finance transformation or treasury operations Strong understanding of treasury activities including cash management, payment processes, banking systems and forecasting. xyswxtq
Experience supporting systems implementations, operating model change or wider transformation programmes Knowledge of treasury controls, governance, and working within SOX / ICFR regulated environments Advanced Excel and analytical skills Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
