As Manager, Consulting Services, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Bay Area practice with a focus on temporary and contract staffing. You'll develop new client relationships and expand existing partnerships to support fast-moving hiring needs across finance and accounting in the Bay Area market.

You'll work directly with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leaders at organizations like Bose, Johnson & Johnson, Wayfair, Publicis Sapient, IDEXX, and other leading enterprise and high-growth, venture-backed companies shaping the Bay Area market.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new business development across the Bay Area market and build long-term client relationships
  • Prospect actively through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
  • Own a full sales cycle from outreach through close
  • Build relationships with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and senior accounting leaders
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across both enterprise and growth-stage companies
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure strong client outcomes
  • Help build brand awareness and credibility for DeWinter in the Bay Area
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue goals

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of B2B sales, business development, or staffing experience, with a focus on temporary and contract staffing within accounting and finance
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of the finance and accounting talent landscape
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building new business or markets
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, growth-oriented environment
