Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Insights: Deliver regularly scheduled reports, develop ad‑hoc analyses, design intuitive dashboards that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Daily Data Operations: Monitor data pipelines, ensuring uptime.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing, Customer Care, and Construction to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with BI Developers and Data Engineers to align models, pipelines, and integrations with analytical requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current on BI tools, programming frameworks, and emerging data technologies to recommend best practices.
Location On‑site position; no remote work at this time. The role will transition to the new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho in 2027.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
1‑2 years of related work experience (Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst)
Hands‑on experience with SQL
Hands‑on experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, Qlik)
Strong problem‑solving abilities with excellent organization skills
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Knowledge of scripting languages (C#, Python, Javascript)
Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and software development best practices
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of APIs and integration methods
Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics
