Automation QA Engineer
Accessibility testing experience (MUST)
API testing skills
C#/.NET familiarity
Automated test development & maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications, APIs, and backend services
Perform API testing and validation using Postman and related tools
Execute accessibility testing and ensure compliance with ADA and WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards (Levels A & AA)
Develop and execute test cases across UI, API, integration, and database layers
Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and Scrum teams during 2 3 week sprint cycles
Participate in defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks for web applications and APIs
Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies
5+ years of experience with C# and .NET (including LINQ, Generics, and .NET 6)
3+ years of experience writing complex T-SQL queries
3+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on accessibility testing
Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards (Levels A & AA)
Experience using Postman for API testing and validation
Preferred Experience:
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated quality practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with development teams
