Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Miami, FL
Pay rate: $52/hr
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with standards.
Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts as needed.
Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure optimal performance of equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
