SVP Platform Engineers & Chief Software Architect
to shape the architectural strategy and technical roadmap of our global Cloud & SaaS product portfolio.
In this senior role, you will lead end‑to‑end solution architecture, drive shared platform services across product lines, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and enterprise‑grade. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to align technology with business strategy and accelerate innovation.
What you’ll lead
Shared services consolidation (Auth, Analytics, APIs, GenAI foundations)
DevOps, CI/CD, and unified cloud deployment automation
Cross‑product integrations and platform‑level innovation
What you bring
15+ years in software engineering & architecture
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and Azure (advantage)
Leading enterprise architecture transformations
Advantage
Background in insurance platforms (PAS)
Experience building digital platforms or low/no‑code frameworks
