Hours are Monday to Friday 6-3pm What you will be accountable for: This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning, family-owned business.
You will be responsible for meeting daily production plans, ensuring we maintain the highest service levels through operational excellence.
Key responsibilities Build meaningful relationship with key stakeholders to production.
(Quality, Maintenance, Planning, NPD, Health and Safety, and Human Resources) Develop robust development plans for Team Leaders, and ensure training and development plans are adhered to Monitor staff breaks, holidays, performance and absenteeism Ensure all team members have completed the necessary statutory training, including skills-based training on the floor.
Maintain adequate headcount levels, liaising with Human Resources to ensure new hires have an exceptional people experience throughout their employment life cycle Always maintain the highest level of food quality and hygiene standards.

Management of production performance, to include plan attainment, yield, productivity, and efficiencies. xyswxtq
To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within the Low Risk area e.g., Sustainability, reduction of waste, recycling etc Requirements A degree in Food Science, Agricultural science, or other related discipline Passionate about food and people Excellent communications skills and proficiency in English Previous supervisory experience, managing a large team Previous experience working in an FMCG, food production environment.
