Kildare Salary: €30-35k basic Job type: Full-time, permanent Our client, a market leading construction services company, is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.
This role is based fully on-site with full training provided and will see the successful candidate join a close-knit, family-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities Maintain supplier invoices and credit cards Assist with monthly payment runs Liaise with suppliers Input bank payment transactions Complete supplier and bank reconciliations Process non supplier payments Manage accounts inbox Maintain accurate filing and records Ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills Previous experience not required but approx 1 year experience in similar role would be beneficial Strong willingness to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with high attention to detail Proactive, positive and excellent team player Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications. xyswxtq
