As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include: Managing all on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion.
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to ensure efficient project delivery.
Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
Monitoring progress against programme and implementing solutions to keep works on track.
Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring all work meets company and regulatory standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and design team to achieve project milestones.
Managing site logistics, materials, and resources effectively.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
The successful candidate will have: Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering residential developments.
A strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
The ability to drive programme while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
A thorough understanding of Irish building regulations and health & safety legislation.
Relevant construction qualifications together with valid Safe Pass and other required site certifications.
