- South Dublin Our client, a modular building company, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the instal, M&E and Fitout of an upcoming residential apartment project in South Dublin.
Ideally they require someone with experience in modular frame installation but the ideal fit for this role is someone with good strong all round construction experience from structures, faades, M&E, internal finishes etc.
Requirements Trade Background or Construction related Degree Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Modular building company, Developer or Main Contractor Previous Modular Experience on medium/large scale Residential projects is desirable Manage the concrete works, faade, M&E and oversee Finishing & Internal works Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works xyswxtq on site Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Benefits €70/€80k plus package Car allowance or fully expensed company vehicle Pension Scheme Life Cover Professional Subscriptions cover Further Education Income Protection/Sickness Benefit Employee wellness
