Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for attracting and hiring talent across corporate business operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience providing consultative partnership to senior-level management to assess talent needs and assist with filling a variety of roles.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process to include: create postings, track activity, manage applicant flow, assessing and interviewing talent, providing qualified applicants to hiring managers, properly disposition applicants and assisting with onboarding.
  • Assist with developing and driving the corporate sourcing and recruitment strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Build a pipeline of applicants for designated positions by sourcing candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and maximizing the tools provided.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies, including but not limited to direct sourcing, networking, social media, and vendor management.
  • Provide peer leadership among the team and serve as a resource to team members.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change, including proposed change management steps.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers, working strategically to prepare for current and future needs.
  • Subject matter expert on talent acquisition; providing hiring managers with guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Set target recruitment timelines and closely monitor the progress to ensure timelines are met.
  • Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for the recruitment technology platform strategy to ensure full optimization, utilization, enhancement and continuous improvement of the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop a strong understanding of industry trends and the impact to the recruitment process.
  • Work with corporate HR and recruitment leadership to provide continuous improvement idea and suggestions.
  • Manage outsourced recruiting and hiring agencies, resources and budget.
  • Manage corporate recruiting and hiring directly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years' experience recruiting for professional positions

Ability to analyze job descriptions and determine required qualifications to identify qualified candidates
