Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide quality care and support to clients in South Lyon, MI. This role involves assisting clients with their daily living activities to enhance their quality of life while promoting independence in a safe and supportive environment.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or family members.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in South Lyon, MI.
• Ability to pass background checks.

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid semi-monthly.
