Job Details Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 25 - Greenfield, WI 53220 Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available. Overview Join HP as a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate and help drive sales, create buzz, and build excitement around HP products at Best Buy. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs. Engage customers, build rapport, and provide an engaging, memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness. Report competitive insights and contribute to team goals. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments. Assess customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and advise on selections. Accurately document sales and communicate activities to Retail Operations. Keep work station/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Submit all required paperwork accurately and promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Knowledge of HP products and related services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products. Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs. Experience with training or product demonstration is a plus. Customer confidentiality must be maintained.
