Client is hiring an experienced Network Engineer to help grow and scale our campus Network infrastructure and zero‑trust framework, as the company continues its hyper‑growth. You will be a key member of the Corporate Engineering team to build out a scalable network infrastructure while building automation and meeting security and compliance needs. You will report to the Head of Corporate Engineering. You will come up to speed on existing capabilities as a foundation towards developing solutions at scale. This also is an opportunity to join a new sub‑team of Corporate Engineering focused on Network / Cloud infrastructure and related SRE functions.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Aruba wireless networks
Configure and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi environments
Optimize RF coverage, roaming, and wireless performance
Work with Wi‑Fi standards including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (Wi‑Fi6)
Use network monitoring and management tools
Monitor wireless and WAN performance
Troubleshoot outages and connectivity issues
Maintain network reliability and availability
Configure and support SD‑WAN technologies
Implement secure remote connectivity and support Zero Trust network architecture
Build scalable enterprise network infrastructure
Automate operational tasks and configurations, support cloud/network infrastructure growth, improve operational efficiency through scripting or automation tools
Implement Zero Trust frameworks and ensure compliance and security standards are met
Work with Corporate Engineering and Cloud teams
Participate in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) functions to improve observability, reliability, and incident response
Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience with Aruba Wireless solutions and Wi‑Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
Experience with SD‑WAN technologies, network monitoring and management tools, and enterprise campus networking
Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless troubleshooting, WAN and VPN technologies, and network security concepts
Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and familiarity with security and compliance requirements
Troubleshooting and incident resolution skills, documentation and operational best practices
Experience working in enterprise/corporate network environments, with ability to support scalable and high‑growth infrastructure environments
