Job Description Summary Position Objective:
The Digital Search Analyst will analyze, monitor, and support the ongoing performance of search-focused digital initiatives across organic search (SEO) and paid search (SEM). This role acts as a foundational tactical partner, ensuring data integrity and executing day-to-day optimizations across a wide array of search and behavioral tools. The Analyst is responsible for the “always‑on” reporting engine—maintaining dashboards, tracking monthly impact, and ensuring that all search‑relevant platforms are updated and accurate to drive discoverability and efficient traffic acquisition.
Position Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day analysis and tactical support using the search tech stack, including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Yext and ContentSquare.
Conduct daily/weekly monitoring of search performance trends, keyword rankings, and spend pacing across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Search Console and other platforms to ensure channels stay within benchmarks. Monitor and execute against weekly targets.
Regularly update and maintain Power BI dashboards; build and modify Looker Studio reports to ensure the team has real‑time visibility into performance.
Assemble monthly performance reports that track impact against KPIs, highlighting key wins and areas for improvement.
Execute updates for local search visibility via Yext, Google Business Profile, and Bing Places; ensure all listings are accurate and optimized.
Assist in monitoring Coveo search performance and site‑wide indexing issues; identify technical SEO errors such as broken links or metadata gaps.
Support audits of Google Analytics tracking and tagging to ensure data flow remains accurate; escalate technical discrepancies to the data team.
Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming; provide data to support the prioritization of experimentation and A/B testing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, business, or related field; master’s degree a plus.
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO/SEM or Digital Analytics.
Functional knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, and Looker Studio; familiarity with SEO crawlers and local listing management tools.
Ability to clearly explain “what” happened in the data and ensure reporting deadlines are met consistently.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation skills; able to interpret complex datasets.
Strategic thinker and visionary with the ability to drive long‑term value.
Experience delivering market intelligence and insights within an agile operating model.
Preferred experience working in SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to manage and collaborate with onshore, near‑shore, and offshore vendors.
Intellectually curious, exploratory, and comfortable shifting between strategy and execution.
Deep understanding of rental, logistics, or supply‑chain industry trends and market dynamics.
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment; adaptable to changing business needs.
