Job Description: The Business Analyst (DXC/MET) provides support for the Mission and Execution Tracker (MET) enterprise application. MET is a Government Off-The-Shelf application used by Customer to manage personnel travel, training, and conference attendance. Duties Include: Assist with creating and managing MET policies, processes, and procedures. Assist with identifying, capturing and analyzing MET application performance metrics to inform strategic plans. Provide Tier-1 level product support to troubleshoot MET user issues and provide guidance. Coordinate with MET application developers to resolve issues that can’t be addressed at the Tier-1 level. Support development and management of MET Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS), user application guides and training materials. Support identifying and managing a prioritized backlog of MET application enhancements. Support developing, implementing, and managing a Change Management Board (CMB) to inform MET application upgrade plans. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm MET application bug fixes and enhancements are functioning correctly. Support periodic MET program reviews with stakeholders and leadership. Assist with communications outreach to the workforce on MET enterprise matters to include system upgrade releases, authorized outages and training. As assigned, perform similar duties involving other enterprise level applications. Required Skills: Experience: A minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in a relevant field such as program management, GEOINT/IC operations, or cross‑functional business analysis. Leadership and Mentorship: Strong leadership competencies with proven experience leading and working with cross‑functional teams to achieve high‑performance outcomes. Experience mentoring team members in complex subject areas. Strategic Communication: Exceptional skills in oral and written communication, with a demonstrated ability to present complex strategies, data, and operational metrics to senior leadership and external partners. Program Management: A proven track record of managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects and initiatives, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision‑makers and analyze the outcomes of implemented strategies. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of business application software for slide presentations, word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and SharePoint sites. Must have a current active TS/SCI clearance or higher. Desired: PMP desired. Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
