Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose to join our IS Enterprise Analytics team in the role Scrum Master. This position is full time; hybrid located in Indianapolis, IN. Only candidates from Indiana and surrounding states will be considered due to the hybrid requirements of the roles. Role Responsibilities: Guides the team and department on how to use scrum practices and values. Maintains backlogs, dashboards, and sprints. Runs sprint standup, backlog grooming, and planning meetings. Works closely with the business owners and project managers to communicate project status, team capacity, and blocking issues. Responsible for multiple simultaneous development streams. Candidate Qualifications: Preferred: Experience working in IT or technical environments, with the ability to understand data workflows, system integrations, and development concepts. Hands-on experience with Agile tools and methodologies (Azure DevOps preferred; JIRA or similar tools acceptable). Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, including developers and data teams, to manage dependencies and drive delivery. Strong skills in writing user stories and supporting documentation within Agile frameworks. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/ITSM systems preferred. Required: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Must be a certified AGILE Scrum Master. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience as a software developer is a strong plus. Robust, hands-on experience using Azure Devops or other Agile project management tools for Agile and SCRUM project management. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Adept at task refinement, story splitting, agile estimating, retrospections, and other Scrum techniques. Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
