Provide data analysis, management, and reporting support for enterprise systems and mission-critical programs. Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support business and operational needs. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. Collaborate with applications, database, and business teams to support data‑driven decision‑making. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, transformation logic, and reporting procedures, consistent with contract expectations for documentation and technical support. Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting support for stakeholders and leadership. Lead data‑related troubleshooting and root cause analysis for data discrepancies and reporting issues. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices. Evaluate and implement modern data tools, analytics platforms, and automation capabilities. What You Will Need
An active “SECRET” federal or DoD security clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Three (3) or more years of relevant data analysis or data management experience, consistent with senior‑level technical labor categories. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week. Nice to Have
Experience with statistical reasoning (e.g., regression analysis, time‑series analysis, operations research). Familiarity with data warehousing and data lake architectures. Knowledge of machine learning or advanced analytics techniques. Experience in federal or highly regulated environments. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in complex environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities for complex data challenges. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to emerging data technologies. The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00–$129,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
