Restoration 1 of Texas Hill Country & Restoration 1 of San Antonio North San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | Salary + Performance Bonus
We're a fast-growing restoration company water, mold, fire, and reconstruction on track to double in size this year. That growth is real, and it creates a real need: we need an Operations Manager who can build the engine that runs this company at scale. This is not a maintenance role. We have systems in place, but they need serious work. We need someone who can assess what we have, fix what isn't working, build what doesn't exist, and develop the people who run it. If you're a builder who gets energized by turning chaos into clarity and takes pride in seeing a team execute at a high level this role was made for you.
About UsRestoration 1 of Texas Hill Country and Restoration 1 of San Antonio North provide 24/7 emergency restoration services across the greater San Antonio area. We've built a strong reputation for quality work, professionalism, and genuine care for our customers. Now we're scaling and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.
