Long Term Care CNA

Evenings- SNF CNA with minimum 2 years of experience. BLS and current NYS license required. Every other weekend required. 5/8s; must be able to work at least 4/8s. Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate. The facility will not consider previous staff members as travelers. Facility has the right to cancel up to 5 shifts at no cost during the duration of the 13-week assignment. Admin fee is already deducted from rate.
