About the Role:

As our Care Manager, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our Atlanta franchise. You'll take ownership of the full care experience from the first intake call through ongoing quality assurance and regulatory compliance while leading and supporting a team of dedicated caregivers. What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee client care from intake through service delivery
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality and client satisfaction
• Hire, supervise, mentor, and develop caregiving staff
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practices in home care

What We're Looking For:

• RN preferred; LPN considered
• Active Georgia nursing license required
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Passion for relationship-centered, whole-person care
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
