Demonstrates understanding of key networking technologies--LAN/WAN, data center switching and routing, extranet--to build, optimize and support high availability networks

Establishes Standard Operating Procedures. Determine appropriate training curriculum for Level 2 and 3 resources.

Defines monitoring method and criteria.

Establishes and implements new standards based upon business requirements, industry trends, and technology best practices.
