THE GAME PLAN
Single source of truth on business health, key commercial KPIs and overall performance trends.
Own the day-to-day KPI monitoring.
Improvement of the overall commercial position through insights and recommendations, partnering with key commercial stakeholders, finance and the wider analytics team.
Weekly trading meetings and monthly business reviews.
Proactive ad hoc deep dive analysis.
Collaboration with the finance function on reporting and forecasting.
Manage conflicting requirements, priorities and senior stakeholder expectations.
Input into the wider analytics strategy and collaboration across the group.
THE STATS
2+ years’ experience in an analytics/technical role
Bachelor’s Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data engineering / analysis
Strong personal organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Tableau or another data visualization platform required
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python, R) and cloud computing platforms (e.g. Databricks)
Strong problem-solving skills, allied with track record of transforming data into actionable business insight
Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries and time zones preferred
Strong stakeholder management
Ability to be independent and lead on projects – proactive thinking
Advanced level understanding of the igaming ecosystem, ideally including poker.

Applicable salary range for this position is $90,000- $112,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
