This position drives impact by:
Maintaining critical server, storage, and virtual infrastructure environments.
Supporting enterprise applications and systems that enable emergency communications operations.
Monitoring system performance and proactively resolving issues before they affect users or services.
Strengthening cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity capabilities.
Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and partner agencies to support technology initiatives and infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and monitor physical and virtual server environments.
Administer enterprise directory services, including domains, organizational units, group policies, and user access controls.
Manage virtualization platforms, virtual servers, and application delivery environments.
Configure, monitor, and validate enterprise backup and disaster recovery systems.
Support and administer Microsoft SQL Server and application server environments.
Maintain enterprise network services including DNS, SMTP, and related infrastructure components.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues while providing technical support to users.
Monitor system performance, analyze operational metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.
Assist with technology deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and implementation of new solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and service providers to support operational and project needs.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience supporting enterprise servers, systems, or network infrastructure.
Experience with server operating systems, virtualization technologies, backup and recovery solutions, and enterprise network services.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, directory services, systems monitoring tools, and network technologies.
Valid state‑issued driver's license required.
Industry‑recognized certifications in systems administration, networking, virtualization, storage, or related technologies are desirable.
Salary Range $75,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
