Assist in gathering, structuring, and analyzing large and complex data sets from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends
Assist in health care claims analysis for the identification of billing opportunities
Assist in the development and enhancement of dashboards and reports for external or internal reporting purposes
Produce effective professional presentations of data and analyses
Assist in automating report and dashboard delivery
Perform data integrity checks between databases
Run reports from databases and prepare spreadsheets for reporting
REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or Business
0-3 year’s experience (Healthcare/Medical background a plus); no experience required
Proficiency in MS Excel
Sufficient written and verbal skills
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
Must be able to problem solve and adjust priorities with little advance notice to meet deadlines and requests.
Basic proficiency in SQL, ability to use AI to build SQL queries
Basic proficiency in PowerBI
Understanding of statistics
