Overall accountability for budget oversight, vendor management and performance of various technology and operational solutions to optimize sale procurement and retention for all channels.
Manage matrixed support to both government and commercial market P&Ls.
Champion critical business needs with the P&Ls to ensure timely execution of ongoing technology performance optimizations and initiatives that enable sales and channel experience and performance goals.
Overall accountability to ensure data integrity within the sales technology platforms and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Provide leadership and subject matter input as needed to all stakeholders, both internal and external. This includes, but not limited to, technology vendors, brokers and agents, sales training, RFP engagement.
Ensure successful delivery of enterprise sales technology initiatives, accountable for business outcomes, readiness for release, and operational stability.
Maintain vendor performance and platform reliability through effective issue resolution, escalation management, and executive level communication.
Define and report performance metrics that demonstrate sales technology value, utilization, and financial impact to P&L stakeholders.
Lead and develop Sales Technology team to deliver platform performance, operational excellence, and business results.
Required Skills and Experience 7+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
3+ years of direct people leadership experience leading and developing or mentoring individual contributors.
3+ years’ experience managing project(s) or enterprise initiatives involving multiple team members and including task assignment, working with key customers (internal or external), managing team and customer relationships and managing project deliverables.
Demonstrated success managing or deploying technology platforms having complex data integrations, business logic, workflows, and multiple user interfaces.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with vendors, internal and external business partners.
Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to shift priorities as current business demands require.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Must have the ability to present before a broad range of audiences.
Strong analytical experience to assess and present trends, performance, and impact of sales technology platforms.
Proven ability to make sound business decisions and handle a variety of challenging responsibilities.
Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with Salesforce.com and/or sales technology platforms.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated environments requiring strong data integrity and compliance.
Demonstrated experience with platform implementations, modernization, or decommissioning activities.
Experience leading Customer Experience (CX) initiatives and improving user experience.
Experience with end-to-end ownership of business technology platforms, including prioritization and optimization.
Experience managing vendor relationships and platform performance.

The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote. Compensation and Benefits $117,800.00 - $159,000.00 - $200,200.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
