Cybersecurity Program Manager Hybrid opportunity with SOC's client onsite in Frisco, TX.
Estimated Duration: 6-12 months with possibility of extension.
Job Description Senior program manager to lead internal cybersecurity projects ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality. Manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts to implement solutions to internal problems.
Strategist Recognized authority on leading-edge technologies. Provides innovative solutions to complex, critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines. Determines and pursues courses of action essential for objectives. Integrates advanced technologies that impact business units. Serves as organization spokesperson on specialized projects.
Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution for cyber program workstreams
Build and manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs
Drive weekly execution cadence, issue resolution, and leadership reporting
Coordinate across Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and partners
Proactively identify risks and elevate with clear mitigation options
Apply cybersecurity enterprise program/project management
Deliver large, multi-workstream initiatives
Strong dependency, risk, and stakeholder management skills
Translate technical execution into exec-ready communication
Technical skills: vulnerability management, detection and response, network segmentation, IAM/PAM, SailPoint Integration, firewall security concepts, audit readiness, evidence coordination, remediation validation
Experience working in complex, matrixed IT infrastructure organizations
Comfort with Jira/ADO, Confluence/SharePoint, Smartsheet, and dashboards
Qualifications First Level University degree (advanced degree preferred). 15 years of experience in project management or related roles. PMP Certified. In-depth understanding of business success factors, operational policies, processes, and project management techniques.
Employment Pre-requisites Successful completion of a background investigation and drug urinalysis.
