Treasure Creek USA is seeking an experienced sales manager to lead and grow our sales operations in office ergonomic chairs and workplace seating solutions. This role will report to the VP of Sales and is responsible for driving revenue, managing key accounts and developing sales strategies.
Sales Manager Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for ergonomic office chair products
Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, dealers, and retail partners
Identify new business opportunities in B2B, commercial, and institutional markets
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for upper management
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on promotions and product launches
Participate in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal closing
Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
Build and maintain CRM records and sales documentation
Work Hours and Benefits The position is full‐time, requiring 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, and may include remote work as needed. Light travel (less than 20%) domestically and internationally may be required.
Treasure Creek USA will provide an annual salary (base + commission) ranging from $80k to $85k, and competitive benefits including health insurance, dental and vision, holiday leaves, paid time off, and 401(k).
Sales Manager Qualifications and Skills
Strong background in sales management of medium to large B2B accounts, preferably in office furniture, ergonomic products, or related industries
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities
Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams
Results‑driven mindset with strong leadership and accountability
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, field of study is not limited
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, including sales management or team leadership
Experience selling B2B products or durable goods preferred
