We is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities Professionally manage all inbound leads with speed, accuracy, and confidence. Convert incoming sales calls into qualified showroom appointments. Make
80+ outbound calls per shift
to prospects and existing customers. Follow up with unsold showroom traffic to regain opportunities. Maintain long-term customer follow-up for retention and future sales. Keep detailed, accurate notes in the CRM to support the sales team. Follow all dealership processes and adapt quickly to workflow changes. Schedule Monday-Saturday One weekday off each week 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
(1-hour break) Qualifications Prior BDC experience is a plus. Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Process-driven, reliable, and self-motivated. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Professional presence and a customer-first mindset.
