Responsibilities
Promote revenue maximization by developing and executing response plans for market changes and sales targets.
Expand the win‑win business model through customer trait analysis and management.
Carry out all revenue‑target processes: goal setting, pre‑closing, risk management, and execution.
Improve customer satisfaction and identify new customers by holding meetings and events and actively responding to customer needs.
Manage and work with Samsung’s Manufacturer’s rep network, partnering to maximize revenue and develop future opportunities.
Project short, mid, and long‑term demand through market, customer, and competitor analysis.
Implement annual sales strategies, including target setting and developing strategies to achieve those targets.
Lead internal resource discussions and manage group coordination regarding costs, methods, and staffing.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with master’s degree; or Ph.D. with 3 years experience.
Proven ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively using professional concepts and company objectives.
Strong analytical skills: requires in‑depth evaluation of variables and judicious selection of methods and evaluation criteria.
Experience managing a group and coordinating activities, including cost, method, and staffing decisions.
Excellent judgment and decision‑making capabilities in high‑stakes assignments.
Location Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA office in alignment with our Flexible Work policy.
Reports to Sr., Dr., Memory, Sales
Compensation Base pay range: $152,000 – $236,000 USD.
Pay varies by location and may depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Incentive opportunities reward employees based on individual and company performance.
