Celtic Careers is working with an expanding construction services company in Dublin who are seeking an experiencedSenior BIM Technician to join its growing in-house team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) coordination, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple project stakeholders while delivering high-quality BIM outputs.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain coordinated 3D BIM models and associated technical drawings Collaborate with project teams including engineers, project managers, and site teams Identify, monitor, and resolve design clashes, including preparation of regular clash reports Coordinate incoming shared models and ensure model accuracy and compliance Lead coordination meetings and provide technical support to project teams Produce drawings, visualisations, and reports as required Create and manage BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems and associated asset data Support production of as-built drawings and asset information models Contribute to BIM delivery across live and tender-stage projects Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality procedures Requirements Minimum 5 years BIM coordination experience for senior applicants Candidates with 3+ years experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential Strong background in M&E services coordination is essential Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams Experience with point cloud data is an advantage Own transport required due to office location Whats on Offer Salary up to €70,000 for senior-level candidates Competitive salary for intermediate-level applicants based on experience Flexible working hours: 8:004:30 or 8:305:00 Office-based during onboarding/probation, with hybrid working available after successful completion of training Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with strong project pipeline and career progression potential If you feel you would be a good fit for the role, please apply or email your CV to If you could add this in at the very end too actually...If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
