As Group HR Manager, you will sit at the heart of that mission.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape and deliver the HR strategy across the group, ensuring every home has the people, culture and support it needs to provide outstanding resident care.
What You Will Do Lead the full HR function across the group, from workforce planning and recruitment through to retention, engagement and succession Act as a trusted advisor to Directors of Nursing and home managers on all people matters, including complex employee relations cases Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, WRC requirements and HIQA workforce standards across all locations Drive recruitment and retention strategies in a competitive healthcare talent market, including international recruitment and work permit processes Develop and embed HR policies, procedures and best practice across the group Champion a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued, supported and proud of the care they deliver Lead on learning and development, ensuring mandatory training compliance and building career pathways for nursing and care staff Provide meaningful people metrics and insights to the senior leadership team What You Will Bring CIPD qualification and a strong track record in a senior HR role, ideally at group or multi-site level Experience in healthcare, nursing homes or a similarly regulated environment is a distinct advantage Deep knowledge of Irish employment law and hands-on experience managing employee relations through to resolution Familiarity with HIQA regulations and the workforce requirements of a regulated care setting A confident, approachable style with the credibility to influence at every level, from care assistants to the boardroom Resilience, sound judgement and warmth. xyswxtq
